AMR

AUP's  Music and Recording Center (AMR) provides a portal for which individuals within the AUP community are able to express, improve, display and record their musical and technical talents.

We exist to serve this demand by securely providing a) music and recording instruments, b) advice, guidance and appropriate connections, c) venues inside and outside of AUP facilities to further personal growth, and e) strict security measures to insure the safety and integrity and responsible use of our facilities. It is the sincerest interst of AMR to be a haven of musical talent, fostering both growth and curiosity.

Music Room Rules:
1. A list will be created with all the names of AUP people that are allowed to use the music room and the piano.
2. This list will be given to the security guards, who will be told explicitly to not give the key to anyone who is not on the continually updated list.
3. The students on the list will also be required to document the times they used the music room at the security desk, from when they take the key to when they leave it. NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. And finally, the key may not be transferred at a different location than the security desk.
