Welcome to the Registrar's Office

The Registrar’s Office at The American University of Paris aims to provide high-quality service to its constituents in order to enhance the academic experience. One way we are improving our services is by providing more and more services online. We serve students (current, former, alumni) as well as AUP faculty and staff.

Our Service Includes:

Professors:

• Online grading Online grading (mid-term and final)
• Online room reservation request
• Variety of downloadable forms
• Excessive Absence form (see Student Services)
• Liaison between Professors and Academic Affairs to record course cancellations and make-up courses. Signs posted for both.

Students:

• Online transcript request
• Online enrollment certificate request
• Variety of downloadable online forms
• Ability to see unofficial transcript online
• Liaison to the Readmission Committee for students in Academic Distress
• E-mail reminders on deadlines/registration status
• Processes transfer credit evaluations and records all study abroad requests
• Carte de Séjour Office works as a liaison with the prefecture de police to facilitate request for student status in France.
• Internship Office works with students not only to record internship experience onto academic record as necessary but as a liaison between the company and the student as necessary.

Staff:

• Ability to put holds on student records on-line (reserved for certain departments only)
