How do I configure Outlook to access my AUP e-mail on campus?

Staff and faculty can use the Microsoft Outlook application to access their AUP e-mail from their office computer.

The following instructions assume you have not yet set up an e-mail account in Outlook on this computer.

  • Log on to the computer using your NetID.
  • Launch the Microsoft Office Outlook application (under Start > All Programs > Microsoft Office)
  • The Outlook 2003 Startup wizard will launch.
  • Follow the steps indicated below. The most important settings are:
    • Server Type: Microsoft Exchange Server
    • Microsoft Exchange Server: SRV-GR-EXCHANGE.aup.local
    • User Name: your NetID
