I forgot my password. How do I get a new one?

Forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password, you can use the "Reset Password" page to get a new one. A link will be sent to your personal (non-AUP) e-mail address allowing you to change your password. For this to work, your up-to-date personal e-mail address must be entered into your MyAUP profile. If it isn't, you will need to come to the HelpDesk (G4 lab, Grenelle building) to have your password reset).

Using the Lost or Expired Password page

  1. Browse to the Lost or Expired Password page. (Note: you can't access that page if you're already logged on to MyAUP. Instead, click the "Change my password" link in the top right corner of the site).
  2. Enter your NetID (e.g. a99999 or jdoe) and press the "E-mail a new password" button.
  3. A message containing a login link for MyAUP will be sent to your personal address. You can only use this link once.
  4. Click the login link and a MyAUP page will open in your Web browser. Click the "Log In" button on this page and you will be redirected to a page on which you can change your password.
