Helpdesk

The Helpdesk provides a single contact point for all users of the AUP community to direct questions and report problems regarding supported software and hardware. In response, the Helpdesk resolves the issue and attempts to help the user maximize their use of applications or equipment, or distributes the call to the appropriate staff. The Helpdesk assists in the notification of trends and situations to allow Information Technology Services (ITS) to maintain high levels of service to the AUP user community.

Review your past ticket history and read or reply to open tickets. You can also access your closed tickets in order to re-open them if you assume that the problem is not solved.
