Tuition Exchange

Tuition Exchange is a program that allows dependents of AUP employees the opportunity to pay either reduced tuition or to have tuition fees completely covered when enrolling at participating partner colleges & universities around the world. Employees’ children under the age of 27 benefit from a 100% reduction of tuition fees for undergraduate courses without any seniority requirement. An eligibility certification form must be completed and submitted to HR for validation prior to each year of participation in the Tuition Exchange program. Applications to the partner institutions must follow all guidelines set by the individual institutions and be submitted via the Tuition Exchange platform, linked below. There is a total maximum of 8 semesters of participation. Eight semesters for entering first-year students, 6 semesters for upcoming sophomores, 4 semesters for rising juniors. Summer courses are excluded. Students must first apply and BE ACCEPTED BY the host institution, and then apply specifically to the Tuition Exchange scholarship, all done through Tuition Exchange’s application portal. AUP’s participation in Tuition Exchange does not guarantee a student to be accepted by a host institution. Students must apply and be admitted in order to qualify for the tuition reduction benefit. The scholarship is set to a maximum of $42,000 per academic year. This is exclusively for tuition fees, and is not set to cover housing, health, orientation, or other specific fees. More information on Tuition Exchange can be found here. The list of participating institutions can be found here.
