There are several ways to access your AUP e-mail account.

Using Webmail

You can access your e-mail account on the Web at http://webmail.aup.edu. Webmail should work in most browsers, but some functionality is only available if you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer for Windows.

Using an e-mail client (secure IMAP protocol)

You can access your e-mail account using an e-mail program ("client") such as Microsoft Outlook, Windows Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird, or Apple Mail. You should be able to use any e-mail client as long as it supports the secure IMAP protocol (also called "IMAPS" or "IMAP over SSL"). Using Microsoft Outlook (Faculty and Staff)

Faculty and Staff should normally use the Microsoft Outlook application when accessing AUP e-mail from their main work computer. Please consult our guide to setting up Outlook.
