ITS provides two main types of network file storage:

• Personal file storage for all AUP students, staff and faculty
• Group file storage for departments and other units.
• Y: drive for sharing within departments
• I: ("Inter-department")drive for sharing between departments
• Other special-purpose drives.

Backups

Data is stored on central servers that are backed up nightly. If you have mistakenly deleted files from the file server, contact the HelpDesk to see if they can be retrieved.
