Getting an AUP NetID

How do I get an AUP NetID?

Students

You do not need to request a NetID. An account is created automatically when you confirm your intention to attend AUP. You will then receive a message at the personal e-mail address you have provided, containing everything you need to get started with your NetID.

Who can get an AUP NetID?
  • Current students (and applicants who have confirmed their intention to attend AUP)
  • Alumni
  • Current AUP employees (staff and faculty, including visiting faculty)

Alumni

AUP alumni or former students may request a NetID and e-mail account by writing to the Alumni Affairs Office (alumni@aup.edu).

Please be sure to include your current contact information:

  • First and last names
  • Postal address
  • Telephone number
  • Preferred e-mail address

Once your status has been verified, AUP IT Services will contact you directly with your e-mail address, password, and instructions on activating your account.

Your AUP Alumni e-mail will remain available for your use as long as it is active. If your account shows no activity for more than six months, it will be automatically shut down.

AUP Employees: Faculty and Staff

Your NetID will be created once your employment at AUP has been validated. You will receive a message containing your account details at the personal e-mail address you have provided.
