Personal file storage

All AUP students, staff and faculty have access to a personal file storage space. It is accessible from campus computers and via the Web.

Accessing your file storage on the Web

To access your file storage on the Web from any computer connected to the Internet, log in to MyAUP and click "My Files."

Accessing your file storage from a university computer

You can access your file storage from an AUP computer (on campus) without using the Web interface. Note that this does not apply to personal computers connected to the AUP network.

Using Microsoft Windows

  1. Open the Start menu (usually located at the bottom left corner of the screen) and click on My Computer.
     Click My Computer on the Start menu
  2. Your file storage space will show up under "Network Drives," as a drive called "Z:". Double-click its icon to access it.

Using Mac OS

  1. Open the Finder by clicking its icon on the Dock (usually located at the bottom of the screen).

  2. In the left pane of the Finder window, you will see an icon that looks like a house, with your NetID next to it (e.g. "dhorn" in the image below). Click this icon to access your personal file storage.
