We regret that due to the Covid-19 situation across the globe and in Paris, access to campus is currently restricted and we are not issuing new alumni cards at this time; campus access has been deactivated from existing alumni cards. We hope to be able to reverse this policy and reactivate alumni card access soon. In the meantime, if you would like to request an alumni card, you may fill out the form at the link below, and we will notify you when we are able to process it.

Once you’ve completed your academic coursework at The American University of Paris, you’re invited to apply for an alumni card.

The alumni card grants access to AUP campus facilities including the Quai d’Orsay Learning Commons, Combes, and Grenelle buildings. This includes the AUP library, computer lab and the AMEX Café. When entering a building on campus, you’ll be asked to present your alumni card at the entrance/security desk. Hours vary by building and according to the academic calendar and are posted here.

All alumni card holders may use their card to consult library books, films and online resources while on site in the Student Life and Learning Commons. Alumni living in Paris may also apply for library borrowing privileges with a deposit of €150 in cash (returned whenever you no longer want to borrow library resources). This deposit can be made with the librarian on-site. Library hours can be found here.

Please contact alumniataup.edu with any questions. We look forward to seeing you back on campus!
