> Enter your user name (AUP NetID) and password (use the same credentials you use to log in to your NetID account.)

Why does the internet not work? Why is it so slow?

If you are using a mobile device, make sure that you have a good signal. Try to restart your device or reconnect to Wi-Fi. You can also clear your device Wi-Fi cache (forget Network) and re-authenticate / reconnect.

How to log in to my AUP email account?

> Go to https://www.office.com

> Enter your primary AUP email (i.e. a123456@aup.edu for students and dsmith@aup.edu for faculty and staff members) as well as your password.

> Click on the Outlook icon

What is my AUP NetID?

If you're a student, your AUP NetID will be "a" followed by your student number - ex: a123456.

If you're a faculty or staff member, your AUP NetID is the first letter of your first name followed by your last name. For example, if your name is David Smith, it will be dsmith.

What is my AUP email address?

Your primary email address is composed of your NetID and @aup.edu, like this: NetID@aup.edu and it has the same password as your NetID. Besides, anyone can email you typing your firstname.lastname@aup.edu, your alternative email address. If you are a student, your primary e-mail address thus looks like “a123456@aup.edu”, and your alternative email address looks like "sarah.wallace@aup.edu." If you are a faculty or staff member, your primary e-mail address looks like “dsmith@aup.edu”, and your secondary email address looks like “david.smith@aup.edu”.

How do I connect to Eduroam?

Wherever you see "Eduroam" appear in your list of Wi-Fi networks, you can get online.

To connect, enter your AUP email address and password.

Where can I find multimedia devices outside AUP?

The main place to find multimedia devices outside AUP is la Fnac (there are several stores around Paris). If you need help with a purchase decision on A/V equipment or advice on installation, we provide consulting and installation services. We will guide youto make the best decision based your needs and budget.

For a start, here are two good addresses for multimedia devices.

For photography, we advise you to go Boulevard Beaumarchais:

For hardware, you may also go rue Montgallet:
