If your Diploma has been lost or stolen, please fill out the form below to request a new one.

60 euros will be charged for every replacement Diploma ordered. You can make your payment as follows:

Diplomas are ordered 3 times per year; in February, June and October and arrive within 6 weeks of the order.

Once they arrive, we will notify you and mail it to the shipping address you provided.

After completing your order, please pick up your items at the Grenelle reception desk and sign for them upon pickup.
For any return or refund request, please contact booksaup.edu as soon as possible with your order details and proof of purchase, within 14 days of receipt. Depending on the circumstances, refunds may be processed through your student account or by bank transfer, subject to the applicable procedure and processing time.
