Submissions for this form are closed.

Undergraduate students may designate one course per semester to be graded as Credit / No Credit. The student can choose this option no later than the deadline published on the Academic CalendarOnce you submit this form, this option CANNOT be revoked. Thus, if you are unsure of your decision, the Registrar recommends that you wait until after mid-terms to decide.

The granting of credit means the student has completed the requirements of the course with a performance better or equal to the grade of C. Credits earned as such will count toward graduation requirements but will not be computed in the grade point average (GPA). The granting of no credit means a student received a grade of C- or lower and the course will not count toward graduation.
