PAAC Membership

Thank you for your commitment to the AUP President’s Alumni Advisory Council (PAAAC). The purpose of the President’s Alumni Advisory Council is to support the University and advance its interests; to act as a sounding board for the President and a conduit from alumni to the University; and to provide logistical support on the ground for AUP’s alumni engagement, recruitment and advancement efforts. PAAC Membership Agreement
  • I am proud to assume the role of member of the President’s Alumni Advisory Council for the committed term of three years, acting as an essential sounding board for the President in orchestrating the strategic planning of the University and the future development of AUP.  
  • I agree to make attendance to a PAAC meeting a high priority and will attend one PAAC meeting and one subcommittee meeting per year (in-person or virtual). I further understand that, if two years pass without attending a PAAC meeting, my membership will be suspended and it will be grounds for review by the PAAC Chair and the President of AUP.  
  • I agree to pay the membership contribution of €1000 annually (or €500 if I have graduated from AUP within 10 years), no later than July 31 of each year (AUP’s fiscal year end) which supports AUP’s alumni resources, which can be paid online here or via other means by following these instructions
  • I pledge to share my knowledge and skills with fellow PAAC members and the Leadership Team of AUP in their mission to recruit, reward and retain talented students by engaging substantively in the activities of the PAAC and contributing to the growth of my alma mater.  
  • I recognize my role as an ambassador within the ranks of the AUP alumni community and allow my name and photo to be published on AUP’s website as a member of the President’s Alumni Advisory Council.
  • I will maintain and/or activate my account on AUP Global 
  • I will respond to all PAAC-related virtual meeting invitations, surveys, and questionnaires in a timely manner.

I understand the membership expectations and agree to the annual donation requirement of 1000€ annually, or a reduced amount of 500€ for alumni who have graduated within 10 years.
